Appointments and Salon Services
We provide a range of professional salon services including, but not limited to, hair treatments, style cuts, colouring, hair extensions, blowdry and styling. All services are offered by trained professionals with the goal of delivering high-quality and consistent results.
Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online through our booking system. Once a booking is confirmed, we expect clients to arrive at the scheduled time. In the event of late arrival, we reserve the right to shorten the treatment time or reschedule the appointment to accommodate other bookings. For cancellations or changes to an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or denial of future bookings.
Our team conducts an initial consultation before every treatment to assess your needs, preferences, and hair condition. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the outcome or suitability of the service. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from withheld information.
Service prices listed may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, and the complexity of the requested treatment. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to the commencement of your appointment.
Product Purchases and Online Orders
Our salon also offers a selection of professional haircare and styling products available for purchase both in-store and online. We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However, we cannot guarantee that the appearance of items will exactly match the product images due to screen variations and manufacturer updates.
All product orders placed online are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping time may vary depending on the delivery location. We currently deliver Australia-wide using reliable courier and postal services. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays outside our control may occasionally occur.
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in unused, unopened, and saleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian consumer laws. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Payments and Pricing
All prices for products and salon services are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of booking or checkout will be honoured for that transaction.
Payments for salon services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, or through approved digital payment systems. For online purchases, payment is required in full at the time of checkout through secure payment gateways.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind once a service has been delivered or a product has been used unless the outcome does not comply with Australian Consumer Law standards.
Health, Safety, and Conduct
To ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff, we maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with current health regulations. Equipment is regularly sterilised, and disposable items are used where appropriate.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully while on the premises. Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of services and possible refusal of future bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who presents a risk to the safety of themselves, others, or staff.
Liability and Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to deliver quality services and safe products, we cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary depending on hair type, condition, and individual response to treatments.
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or misuse of purchased items. Clients accept full responsibility for decisions made following professional consultation.

All content including branding, service names, designs, written descriptions, and imagery related to our business is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not use, copy, reproduce or redistribute any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
